What do you exactly mean? No power at all?

Or is it just booting to a black screen. Either way, you are going to need your XP CD and boot with that and try a repair install.

No, the computer does not turn on what so ever. I spent $39 talking to Dell and they said I need a new $139.99 motherboard and a new $59.99 power supply :(.
