Eu tenho o ZoneAlarm básicos de firewall, anti-malware malwarebytes, Spybot Search and Destroy, o avast home edition, firefox.

Acho que eles são bons, mas eles não parecem estar segurando muito bem .. Soetimes irão apenas desligamento sem mim dizendo-lhes. Então, vou transformá-los de volta em thye e iniciar-me com alertas e explodir coisas. Em geral, não acho que eles estão ajudando a todos os meu computador porque está a abrandar. Mal posso sequer abrir nada sem ela congelamento. Tenho também a pressionar o botão desligamento 3-4 vezes até que ele efectivamente desligado. Qual é o meu problema aqui? Obrigado.
