 Error Message On Startup

Hello everyone.I am encountering a problem at start up regarding the following message:-
c:\windows\config\csrss.exe
Only part of a RealProcessMemory or WriteProcessMemory request was completed.
Can anyone recommend how I go about sorting this problem?...

Most likely this is malware.
