can anyone advise me of anyfree antivirus or firewall software, as my computer only has 196mb of mem i cant download bt's software as it requires 256mb!

avg free!! reliable and good i used it for 2 years and not 1 bug yay :D search "avg-free download" and off you go!! pssst...use google

Hi Try AVG it is free and is really wonderful. I do not think it took very much memory. It is a firewall and an anti virus.

well I dont use either I use the windows firewall and the the security settings avaiable in Windows which is found in tools -Internet Optionswhen I download anything I go to the free online scannerssuch as
