| Getpluso.inf - getplusuninstall ocx I think I have pinpointed it. It is stubborn and hidden well. Please download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri) Extract the content (a folder named SmitfraudFix) to your Desktop. Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present). Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply. Note : process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Now run Pocket Killbox: Choose Tools -> Delete Temp Files and click the RED X. Run Killbox.exe. Paste the below filenames into KILL BOX one at a time. Check mark the box that says "Delete on Reboot" and checkmark the box "Unregister DLL" (If available) Click the RED X and it will ask you to confirm the file for deletion…say YES and when the next box opens prompting you to reboot now...click NO...and proceed with the next file.
