Open task manager

Select File>New Task (Run)
Type C:\ and press OK

See if you can find the combofix log. I need to see it if you can find it.

In Task Manager find these entries and end the processes.
ViewpointService.exe
ViewMgr.exe

Then in Task Manager select File>New Task (Run)
Type C:\ and press OK

Navigate to C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Common\ViewpointService
Open the folder and see if there is an uninstaller in there. Uninstall it.
Same for C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Manager
See if there is an uninstaller and uninstall it.

You may have to reboot after uninstallation, but try to uninstall both (if there)
