recently my Laptop has being running slow and it's taking ages to start up. Not only that but the sound whne I try to play music has gone really wierd, all jittery and also when I try to play a dvd the video is jittery.

I have Logs files from Hijack this, Malwarebytes and SUPERantispyware

Highly unlikely this is a malware issue. You might try posting in the Windows forum.

There are a few things we can do here.

StartupLite

• Download StartupLite by MalwareBytes to your Desktop.
• Doubleclick StartupLite.exe to launch the program.
• Ensure the Disable box is checked.
• Click Continue.
• A pop up message will tell you the unecessary startup items in your list have been disabled and ask you to restart your computer.
• Re-start your computer.

Download Disable/Remove Windows Messenger to the Desktop to remove Windows Messenger.

Do not confuse Windows Messenger with MSN Messenger because they are not the same. Windows Messenger is a frequent cause of popups.

Unzip the file on the Desktop. Open the MessengerDisable.exe and choose the bottom box - Uninstall Windows Messenger and click Apply.

Exit out of MessengerDisable then delete the two files that were put on the Desktop.

Run CCleaner.

Make a new topic in the Windows forum.
