hey im a noob at this..right i done a scan and found virtumonde i cant system restore or othing with it..but now im getting some pop ups and AVG says its a virus..ive and now it wont let me update ms.

Sorry to butt in here, but it looked like you have Vundo present on your system and it's unlikely that it would go so easily. If you've followed the steps as advised earlier and still have the logs, I'd like to have a look at them. You may not be clean yet.
