Default Help! My programmes are shutting down

My programmes are shutting down bythemselves within one mintue of turning them on. Microsoft word, excell, messenger, bit torrent. However interent explorer is ok. I have checked for virus with ad aware, spy bot. I can not get access to windows defender and my tool bar is locked. Also I ...

My programmes are shutting down bythemselves within one mintue of turning them on. Microsoft word, excell, messenger, bit torrent. However interent explorer is ok.

I have checked for virus with ad aware, spy bot. I can not get access to windows defender and my tool bar is locked.

Do as Dave said and follow the steps provided in this virus removal guide.

One done remove bit torrent, and then look in your start up and list here all the files folders programs etc you see if any, as there are prank programs that do similar things as described in your post

Default Help! My programmes are shutting down

ok I have done all that except I can not get to add remove programs its blocked. I can not open my security centre to start my windows firewall.

I am getting can not find rundll32.exe.

any ideas?

Follow the guide and post the log files, how can anyone help if they cannot see what is going on. Log files tells us exactly.
