Default Help Needed for Globalroot\systemroot Virus

Hello All

I'm looking for some kind soul to take pity on a novice user and help me out as I can not get rid of the following virus, I've tried Norton 360(which it disables) AVG, Adware and to be honest I have got to the stage were I have to admit I don't really know what I'm doing, there it was hard but I've said it. So if anyone can help I'd be very grateful.

I will try give as much info as possible-

When I boot up the Comp during the start up a box appears saying that "globalroot\systemroot\system32\SKYNETjenpshwp .dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact system admin"

when I click OK I get the following boxes that I have to click off-

LogonUI.exe-Bad Image
userinit.exe-Bad Image
dwn.exe-Bad Image
explorer.exe-Bad Image
MSASCui.exe-Bad Image
SySMoniter.exe-Bad Image

and so it goes on and on and on through 33 of them, every time I go online or attempt to open a program there is a constant stream of them

Can someboby help please, I will reply and take any advice but I work shifts so sometimes there may be some delays in my replies
