Help possible virus problem


AVG has recently discovered a couple of infections, thing is, it says its changed it but the next scan is done, the same thing just pops back up again?
i have provided an image:

Thats just reporting those items as changed. It happens with some windows updates, updating spybot, spywareblaster and even AVG itself. As long as it doesn't say infected everything is OK.
