Default Help removing Norton

Hello.

I have a HP, with Vista Home Premium..
I recently had to restore my settings to default.
Now instead of having Trend Micro Antviral, I have Norton.

My problem is this.
I put in Trend Micro CD and tried to install..
I recieved an error telling me to remove Norton first.
I first tried to open Norton, nothing happend..
I went to remove programs and tried to remove it, an error popped up and said "This module could not be found"
And I still can't install my Trend Micro Antiviral..

Any suggedtions?

Just disconnect yourself from the internet while you install your new antivirus.

Does it come with a firewall too?

Do you want to remove Norton?

I thought you were trying to install McAfee.
