Default how can i be sure a trojandownloader is gone...

...from my system. my avast found it and said to move it? i moved it to the chest but my system still seems to be a little slower than usual. boxes on the screen get stuck on top of each other..........................any suggestions, maybe a free scanner and remover. I dont like norton, it reallys slows it down and mcafee is even worsethanks in advance

use spyware search and destroy.it usally will fix any problems that you have.
