ur p.c. when u purchased it should have came with already installed norton anti-virus, and ad aware software if the icons r on ur screen, u need to click onto them one at a time let them run their course and they should filter out any viruses u have hope this was helpful

First, you have to install an anti virus and scan the computer if it's possible. then upgrad your anti virus viruses defintions and start removing the virus. I recommended to use Norton Anti virus Progarm >>and if you visit the symantic anti virus web you'l find the way also>>take care>
