1. If you don't have an internet connection, how will you protect your pc from viruses? What will you do? Is there a way to get UPDATES using flash disk from another pc(connected)?

2. I heard about "DEEP FREEZE" is there another freeware like deep freeze that can EASILY disable? They say it protects the PC from viruses. Deep freeze does not allow anything to be installed and you can't save files in the PC. Is there a software like this that can SAVE FILES in your hardisk, and if you want to install you just have to disable it?

I want to know, if you're in my situation and your pc is not connected to the internet, what will you do to protect it, and at the same time, you can easily use it (Save files, install new software)

It's highly, highly unlikely you will get any sort of virus if you're even smart on the Internet, much less with no network connections. USB flash drives are the only possible infection vector and that's very rare.

To be honest all I'd do is order service pack CDs as they're released and install them. If you're really concerned you could get AVG or something, because even it with older definitions is going to beat nothing.
