Default I have this friend...

My friends wife is having his laptop diagnosed. The only thing he is worried about is some MySpace activity. Is there a way to delete all MySpace entries from his lap top....keeping in mind that it will be diagnosed by experts in the near future. I would appreciate any help ...

if it's being searched by experts, unless you pay to have stuff deleted, it won't work.

Welcome to CJ.

Download and rename TrendMicro HijackThis™.exe (HJT)
  • Double-click on HJTInstall.
  • Click on the Install button.
  • It will automatically place HJT in C:\Program Files\TrendMicro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe
  • Upon install, HijackThis should open for you.
  • Click on Do a system scan and save a log file
  • HijackThis will scan and then a log will open in notepad.
  • Copy & Paste the entire contents of the log in your post.
    • Do not have HijackThis fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.
