Ad-aware. And I still get random pop up ads with out being on the internet I also use Norton Antivirus , and updated and I still get these pop ups, Need Help Please , Know the Internet and PC well.

You should format your computer because if those programs cant fix the problem, then the spyware is really inside your computer.Or you can just change to Firefox or something else because most spyware are made for IE.
