I got two iexplorer.exe processes running even though I am not using internet explorer end I cant end them. How can I get rid of them.

Right if you go into the taskmanager (Right click on the toolbar and select the taskmanager), If you end both processes and then re-open Internet. See if it opens two processes again.

Are you sure that one of them isn't explorer.exe and the other iexplore.exe
Because if this is the case that is the norm

You have at least one bad trojan that I can see in the Hijackthis log. Without running the other two scans trying to fix it is pointless. Those steps will not completely remove it so be sure to post the logs.
