At random times, Microsoft Internet Explorer Blank Page appears on my screen and immediately starts replicating itself and will not allow me to use my computer. I must turn off and then back on in order to use my computer. This appears to be a virus that Norton is not able to correct. Has anyone ever heard of this situation and do you have any solutions? Thanks

i have herd that norton is crap and it misses allot of viruses, you could try to get another antivirus such as avg free and see if it makes any difference but be sure to uninstall norton first. if that dosent work try a different browser like firefox.
