1: Read and Accept the Agreement
2: You will be promted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click Yes.
3: If you see a Windows dialog asking if you want to install this software, click the Install button.
4: The program will launch and then begin downloading the latest definition files,
5: When the "Update progress" line changes to "Ready" and the "NEXT ->" button becomes available, please click on it.
6: Click on the Scan Settings button, and in the next window select the Extended database, and click Ok.
7: Under "Please select a target to scan:", click My Computer to start the scan.
8: When the scan is finished, click the "Save as Text" button, and save the file as kavscan.txt to your Desktop, close the Kaspersky On-line Scanner window.
9: Add the log as an attatchment in your next post.

Lets have a check to see if anything nasty is running on your system.

Please download HJT from HERE.

Run a system scan, then post the log as attachment here.

Also, please could you download Panda Antirootkit from HERE.

Tick the box that says In depth scan and follow the on screen instructions.

DO NOT remove any UNKNOWN ROOTKITS at this stage. Instead, let me know the results in your next reply.

PLease Note: Panda Antirootkit is not comaptible with Windows Vista.

If you are running vista, then please download AVG Antirootkit programme.
Disconnect from the net and install the programme.

Run the programme and tick Indepth scan. Do not have AVG Antirootkit fix anything, instead let me know the results.

Once the scan is finished, reconnect to the net.

Regards Jase
