Hey, I know im new here, but theres not alot i can do on my computer until i get rid of my keylogger, but i really need help

Yesterday, i found evidence of a keylogger on my computer. I found files containing screenshots and notepad files containing usernames an passwords, things i had searhed for on the internet and documents i had typed in Microsoft word.

But obviously keyloggers hide themselves quite well, and i dont know how to find it, or remove it

Any help?
