| The kids pc has been wireless for about 1 year its only recently happened Had tried that first in nortons and aol was permitted in all aspects but thought it might be that they wanted me to subscribe again for another year so i deleted nortons from the add and remove in control panel and installed comodo worked fine for few hours on internet clicking yes to all aol pop ups with no probs then again same thing wont connect unless firewall disaled all i can add is that as you know ive said its wireless i have no problom connecting my other devices to the net

| There might be some of Norton left over messing things up. Download the Norton Removal Tool (SymNRT) to your Desktop. Once downloaded please close ALL open browsers, also save any work because this may require a restart.

| If you can connect wirelessly and not over the wire in your router, it might be a problem with the router assigning a duplicate ip address on your network - try rebooting the modem and router and see if that helps, and if not, run the network repair options? |

| They should be able to adjust the settings to make it not auto-launch. I'm not sure how as I don't use it. |
