Laptop Problems....Very Slow. Nothing Opens. Cvshost.exe!

Hi,

my laptop has a few problems and i want to reformat. The problems i have is that i can barely load up the operating system. I open the task manager to find over 15 proccess with the name "CVSHOST.EXE". I would simply run the Vista disk from start up but the CD Drive will not read disks since these problems have occured!
I am unable to create a log file as whenever i open a programme, windows shuts the programme and says that there has been an error, this is even in Safe Mode!
Im baffeled!

any help would be great!

I can using another computer, (a friends) and put this on a USB pen drive and transfer it over.

Scroll down to the MalwareBytes and HijackThis instructions.

Transfer over the MalwareBytes and HijackThis installers and run them. Post the logs from each.
