LSASSMGR.exe (und andere) infiziert! Alle Infos / Hilfe?

Hallo alle,

Ich bin sehr neu auf Ihrer Website aber unglaublich dankbar, dass Sie hier. Bin ich auf, weil der letzten Infektion auf Mama's Laptop (wir es), und ich bin unsicher, wie es zu lösen.

Über vier Tage, IE-Fenster mit Pop-up-Anzeigen plötzlich geschieht mit einem Ballon auf meinem Deskbar, dass heißt, "Spyware-Alarm! Klicken Sie hier zum Download von Anti-Spyware"

Ich habe Symantec und Spybot S & D Full Scans (nicht sicher, wie dieses Virus rutschte durch diese beiden), und sie nichts gefunden! Dann begann ich googeln und heruntergeladen Malwarebyte der Anti-Malware und lief, dass. Es wurde festgestellt, einige Sachen, aber es hat das Problem nicht beheben.

Ich habe PrevxCSI, aber ich habe nicht genug $ $ $ noch zum Kauf der Lizenz (aber ich werde wenn es sein muss), und es sind die folgenden:

Das sieht und es klingt wie ein viel zu mir, und ich bin sehr besorgt.

Wer noch Anregungen für mich? Bin ich zu haben, um viel Geld, um dieses Problem beheben?

Download ComboFix von SUBs von einem der folgenden Links. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie es oben auf die Desktop.

Schließen Sie alle geöffneten Web-Browser. (Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.) vor Beginn der ComboFix.

Vorübergehend deaktivieren dein Antivirus, Und alle Anti-Spyware Echtzeit-Schutz vor Durchführung eines Scan. Klicken Sie auf diesen Link , um eine Liste der Programme, die Sicherheit sollten daher deaktiviert werden, und wie sie zu deaktivieren.

Doppelklicken Sie auf combofix.exe und folgen Sie den Anweisungen.
Wenn Sie fertig sind ComboFix wird ein Protokoll für Sie.
Post ComboFix Log in Ihrer nächsten Antwort.

Wichtiger Hinweis: Nicht per Mausklick ComboFix-Fenster, während es in Betrieb ist. Das kann dazu führen, dass es zu Stall.

Herunterladen TrendMicro HijackThis.exe (HJT) auf den Desktop.

Doppelklicken Sie auf HJTInstall.
Klicken Sie auf die Installieren -Taste.
Es wird automatisch in HJT C: \ Program Files \ TrendMicro \ HijackThis \ HijackThis.exe.
Nach der Installation, HijackThis ist für Sie geöffnet.
Klicken Sie auf die Führen Sie einen System-Scan und speichern Sie eine Log-Datei -Taste
HijackThis scannt und dann ein Protokoll wird in Notepad geöffnet.
Kopieren und fügen Sie den gesamten Inhalt der Log-in Ihrem Post.

Herunterladen Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM)

Doppelklicken Sie auf mbam-setup.exe und folgen Sie den Anweisungen um das Programm zu installieren.
Am Ende, müssen Sie ein Häkchen wird neben dem folgenden:

- Start Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
