Malware Removal Steps Completed. Log Inclosed.

Hi Guys,

My hard drive light keeps flashing, something is accessing it, There is no pattern to it, just long and short periods of activity. Symptoms are sluggish behavior, stuff is sticking or hanging up. I get the flashlight/folder icon just going to My Computer, or Control Panel, along with really long start-up/shutdown time.
Multitasking is out, I was down to performing only one task at a time before performing the steps in the guide (plus Disc Cleanup and Defrag), performance is now marginally better.
SUPERAntiSpyware yielded 0 (zero) results as did Malwarebytes. Here is the HijackThis log.

Everything in the HijackThis log looks ok so if the computer is running good then it looks like the removal guide worked.

A few more suggestions.

Use the Secunia Software Inspector to check for out of date software.
Out of date software has security vulnerabilities that malware can exploit.

Click Start Now
Check the box next to Enable thorough system inspection.
Click Start
Allow the scan to finish and scroll down to see if any updates are needed.
Update anything listed.

Go to Microsoft Windows Update and get all critical updates.

Make sure all of your security programs are up to date and run scans with them regularly.
