problems with exe files all over the computer and dont know what to do about them.. could anyone give me some tips?

How about you do a full scan of your computer with the appropriate software. The software will then identify any infections and get rid of them :)

I think your computer is infected by virus or spyware so, do one thing that update your anti tools which ever you have then boot in the safe mode and try to scan with those tools and definitely it will make virus free. like malwarebytes
