 My friends MAC has a virus...umm...yeah...a Virus...

So much for MACs not having to worry about viruses. Looks like my moms Boyfriends mom has a virus on her MAC...yeah, on her MAC...anyway, i really have no idea how to go about this on a MAC....umm....help?...
