when i tried to run it by clicking "check for problems" it says, you need to install the detection updates first by using the integrated update or the manual updater..where can i find this thing??how to deal with this??

1. Click on 'Update' in the navigation bar,2. Search for available updates,3. Select all available relevant updates,4. Select a download location,5.
