Default Need the full works

Well, Can I have recomendations of which Anti Virus to use, which anti-spywhere to use etc. Oh, and it needs to be free I used to use Norton, however after getting so annoyed about it slowing everything down, and don't being able to do anything with any scanner, I stoped installing it on fresh installs.

Thanks all.

Avast Free and SUPERAntiSpyware Free.

Purely for virus/spyware removal strength over anything else.

For antispyware consider these.

To prevent unknown applications from being installed on your computer install WinPatrol 2008
* Using Winpatrol to protect your computer from malicious software

SpywareBlaster - Secure your Internet Explorer to make it harder for ActiveX programs to run on your computer. Also stop certain cookies from being added to your computer when running Mozilla based browsers like Firefox.
* Using SpywareBlaster to protect your computer from Spyware and Malware
* If you don't know what ActiveX controls are, see here
