okay i did everything except update my microsoft windows because it says that my version isn't a genuine version(its not my laptop, its a friend of mine..basically a loan)

Well before you pay your "friend" for a new computer make sure you are not getting a pirated copy of windows. As that is the most common reason for the problem you are having with updating.
Service Packs (SP1 SP2) are very important and they can not be had without validated (paid) versions of a Windows Operating System.

Without a new HijackThis log I am not sure everything is gone.

I will leave this information now, if you want to post a new log I will still look at it.

Please remove:
SDFix.exe
SmitfraudFix
These are powerful tools so you should get rid of them so they are not ran accidentally.

Finally keep yourself safe.

Make sure your Antivirus is up to date.

Use Spybot for a good malware scanner Spybot S&D
Note: Disable Spybot's TeaTimer so it doesnt interfere with web browsing.
This will be a good "second opinion" to compliment Ad-Aware 2007.

I would suggest installing Comodo BOClean Just install it and let it go. It works in the background protecting you.

Consider using a safer browser besides Internet Explorer. Firefox is the safest browser by far.

Also it is customizable with a lot of cool add-ons. Firefox add-ons.

You can keep ATF Cleaner but remember it is very powerful and removes a lot of stuff.
A good daily cleaner is CCleaner It is the safest and fastest cleaner there is.

Also a better defrag program is a good addition to any system Disk Management.

Okay, I downloaded those programs, and ran tests/scans, rebooted, scanned with hijack this...just another quick question, how can i make sure that internet explorer isnt an option to browse the internet with? I'm also going to run that defragmenting thing..

Did you set these Trusted Zones?

If you have not set them to trusted zones then they need to be removed.
Right click Internet Explorer Icon and select Properties. Click Security Tab > Sites > Remove the entries.

Other then that the logs are clean.

If you mean removing the Icon it isn't that easy. Windows relies on IE to function properly. Internet Explorer will still be needed for updates. (well normally)
