Hi my Norton finishes in like 3days, so does anyone no, if i should renew it, or get any other type of anti virus software, coz i hear lot of things about norton not being good lol.

You heard right, free, better alternatives are available. AVG and Avast being two popular choices.

AVG being a little more polished but Avast being a better protector imo.

ok cool, so i guess im gonna remove my norton and download either AVG or Avast

actully what do u recommend :) avg or avast

Make sure you remove Norton using their Removal Tool, otherwise it will leave junk behind that will mess with your new AV Program.

ok slight problem now lol, i went on the norton removal site, and i said click on the version of norton im uninstalling, my version isnt there, im using norton 360 version 2.5.0.5, and there isnt an option for tht one.

You need the Norton 360 version.

question, should I download avg now, then remove norton ? lol

Download the AVG installer to your desktop but do not run it.

Uninstall Norton.

Install AVG before going onto the web.
