Default Norton 360 - navw32.exe

Hi guys, using Norton 360 V2 and glad they have added a right click and scan option!

Does anyone know what the extension for the actual scanner is? I want to set it up as my scanner for Windows Live Messenger, but I don't know which one.

I had it as scanstub, exe but that opened up the windows asking which san I would like to perform on my computer.

So, anyone know the .exe file which will automatically scan my files? I had it with Norton 2006 but can't remember which it was!

Cheers guys

Tom

I think the actual scanning engine goes by the name of Navw32.exe

It may be here? C:\Program Files\Norton AntiVirus\Navw32.exe

Otherwise just search for Navw32.exe

This may be completely wrong for Norton 360 though.. Cannot find much info on it.

If you don't find it soon I will download it on a Virtual Machine and figure it out for you.
