OMG i think i`m screwed.

hey all
i just had or have still got 10 trojans on my computer, i just opened this file and it said something about internal error or something then it said about windows has a problem and needs to close (just like the internet explorer boxes ya get) and it then shut of i then tried turniing it back on and all it did was make the noise like it was starting up but would not start or bleep.So i left it then tried it again anyway it booted and i just did the AVG scan and found out i had 10 trojans(it said that AVG couldn`t delete em os i delete the infected files),and it said it found a floppy disk drive when i ain`t got one and it won`t recognise any of my drives my cd or dvd drive just says E:\\ is not accessible.

i do use my computer for buying stuff online and to be honest p****** off and bit scared
anyways, does anybody know what my best solution is,i was thinking about buying a brand new hard drive and replacing it with this one, and then to buy xp home.Before any of you say i ain`t got xp home disk, only have master cd don`t know what ya ue it for.lol i don`t have any importent docs in here only my c.v.

Download and rename HijackThis (HJT)

• Double-click on HJTInstall.
• Click on the Install button.
• It will automatically place HJT in C:\Program Files\TrendMicro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe.
• Upon install, HijackThis should open for you.
  • Close HijackThis and rename it.
  • Go to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis.exe
  • Right click on HijackThis.exe and select Rename.
  • Type in sniper.exe and press Enter.
  • Right-click on sniper.exe and select Send To > Desktop (create shortcut)
• From the desktop open HiajckThis.
• If using Windows Vista, be sure to Run As Administrator
• Click on the Do a system scan and save a log file button
• HijackThis will scan and then a log will open in notepad.
• Copy and then paste the log in your post.
  • Don't have Hijackthis fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.

Even though we have renamed HijackThis to sniper, we will still refer to it as HijackThis or HJT.

could be a cd that you boot from to restore the hdd. Have a go!

You are running three antivirus.

That could be part of the problem.

Uninstall all but one and post a new HJT log.
This may be needed. Norton Removal Tool for Windows

i`ll have to reinstall norton then.cause there`s a file of symantec that would delete.But thanks anyway.

You can keep norton, uninstall the other two.

i downloaded that removal tool,but it said it was outdated or expired,and i tried installer norton and it say it has prblems authenticicateing, and that was the problem i had when i tried uninstalling it,i could unistall it so deleted as many files as possible.any other way out or am i ******?

Try turning it off in the Services first.

Click Start > Run and type in: services.msc
Click OK
In the Services window find: Anything to do with Norton or Symantec
Select/highlight and right click the entry, and choose: Properties
On the General tab, under Service Status click the Stop button
Beside: Startup Type, in the drop menu, select: Disabled
Click Apply, then OK

The scan will temporarily disable your desktop.
If interrupted it may leave your computer frozen.
If this occurs, please reboot to restore the desktop.
