| Over the last couple of weeks, now and again my computer starts to open multiple windows and I have to quickly close them down as fast as I can and at the same time log off to stop them filling the whole screen Can anyone tell me why this is happening and what I can do to stop it. |

| Sounds like a virus/spyware.

| I have Avast Home Edition virus protector, I did a scan this afternoon and found 4 viruses , So hopefully that will be the end of if. |

| If you follow the guide I linked to and post the log files one of the malware guys will be able to tell you exacly what is wrong and how to fix it, running a virus scanner and hoping will likely leave traces on your system and it will just re-infect itself. |

| Well I will have a try later, I am not very confident, but when I get a little time I will have a go. Thanks for your help and will try to do as you say. |
