I did all that yesterday evilFan,

The Norton, I don't know if it's obsolete or not...I'll check on it. I have to run again downstiar, thx so much.

We don't mind helping. And we can handle 12 at once. I mean 12 from one person at once is too much.
Just try to stick with my instructions on this one because it is worse then the other two and more steps will be needed.

Hi evil & Dave,

I'm back. Problem solved for the webpages....I played w/ the tool advanced option. Also the cleaning service....I mean, CLeaning sftware already did everything (Spy bot as well). Well, I hope I won't have problems with all 12 of them...my good Lord, Jesus Christ, no! Again, I'm not accusing anybody, although that guy couldn't be reached...

Default Outlook and other problems....

Run spybot let it finish and tell me if there is anything it could not fix.
Then post a fresh HJT log.

If the antivirus/firewall is not up to date and working we can clean the system spic and span and the next time you log on it can all come right back.
Open Norton and try to update it and see what it says.
