Click Start > Run and paste this in the window then click OK

Delete everything there.

Since it was a temporary file it could be gone now, which is likely.

So no worries.

I did that paste and such ,it just took me to load hijack this again i cancelled
hope that is what i had to do?

IT was in a temp folder i think problem resolved? what do you also recomend ,other than leaving you in peace for a day or so?LOL
