HELLO--my computer since the last few days has been running really slow, i have run spybot, they found a bunch of stuff and apparently got rid of it--but now my computer is still slow..Please help... here is my HJT log file...

Note It is suggested to go to add/remove programs and uninstall ProfileWatcher.
