Well, as you said you tried a different PC all that doesn't apply.

It must be your IP mate.

Anyways, if u think its IP, tell me what to do as i have changed my ip using the software my ISP provides. it changes ip automatically whenever u want.
Its actually a diagnostic software, etc

You do understand there is no way they can track you on a different PC and IP.

You are 100% a new and unique user.

You are either not on a new IP, are trying to use a username or email that is banned or are performing the setup incorrectly.

There are no other variables.

To make sure you are using a new unique IP check it here: http://ip-lookup.net/

My advice:

Get a new IP - check above to make sure it's changed.
Get a new free email address - one that has never been typed into their software.
Pick a new random username - one that has never been typed into their software.

"what about the same network card as the original post suggested???"

You are 100% a new and unique user. Unless, this is affected by network card, etc (same as above)

To make sure you are using anew unique IP check it here: http://ip-lookup.net/ (i use whatismyipaddress.com, but the point is the ip of both will be same as they r on same network. yes, i can change ip but it will change for the whole network. Unless, i use a anonomysing software, which as u already suggested might not work)

My advice:

Get a new IP - check above to make sure it's changed.
Get a new free email address - one that has never been typed into their software. (i used a different email address from yahoo, gmail, msn , aol, etc for each tril and by trial i mean everytime i tried to register)
Pick a new random username - one that has never been typed into their software. (different username, some available some not, but i definitely dont use same names, etc)

If you change PC you change network card.

What? I dont see a problem with changing the IP for the whole network?

You don't need to re-install.

Please do this precisely.

Goto whatismyipaddress.com write down the IP.

Then change it the way you have been doing and visit whatismyipaddress.com

Post both IPs taken from the website here.
