Default Problems with Norton

hey folks ;)
im new here btw ;)

i have Norton anti virus 2007 . and i ahve a problem with it, it seems that the antivirus has blocked ALL download programs, i have tried to reinstall, tried different programs, the wierd is, i CAN download via programs like : xfire,firefox ect ect.
but not via : Limewire.

help anyone? :)
