Salut! récemment, j'ai été expieriencing problèmes avec le pop-ups, ils ne disparaîtront pas, ils pop up toutes les minutes, et oui j'ai norton 360 et exécuter Ad-Aware, mais rien n'a changé. J'ai aussi remarqué un problème avec un processus en cours iexplore quand je fermer l'internet mais ce processus est encore en cours d'exécution. très gênant, quelqu'un peut-il savoir comment le résoudre?

Télécharger NoLop à votre bureau de l'un des liens ci-dessous ...

• Link 1

• Fermez tous les programmes en cours d'exécution depuis un redémarrage est nécessaire
• Double-cliquez sur NoLop.exe de l'exécuter
• Ensuite, cliquez sur le bouton: Search and Destroy
  • Votre ordinateur va maintenant être scannés pour les fichiers infectés
• Lorsque le scan terminé, s'ils sont infectés, vous êtes invité à redémarrer
• Cliquez sur OK
• Maintenant, cliquez sur: REBOOT
• Un message devrait popup de NoLop. Si non, double cliquez sur le programme à nouveau et il se terminera.
• Poste le contenu de C: \ NoLop.log dans la prochaine réponse.

Note: Si vous recevez un message d'erreur ", mscomctl.ocx ou l'une de ses dépendances ne sont pas correctement enregistrés,« s'il vous plaît télécharger mscomctl.ocx à votre dossier system32 puis relancez le programme.

Télécharger Vundofix.exe à votre bureau.

• Double-cliquez sur VundoFix.exe pour l'exécuter.
• Placez un contrôle à côté de Run VundoFix comme une tâche.
• Vous recevrez un message disant vundofix sera de fermer et de rouvrir en une minute ou moins. Cliquez sur OK
• Quand VundoFix s'ouvre de nouveau, cliquez sur le Scan de Vundo bouton.
• Une fois que c'est fait, la numérisation, cliquez sur le Suppression de Vundo bouton.
• Vous recevrez un message vous demandant si vous souhaitez supprimer les fichiers, cliquez sur OUI
• Une fois que vous cliquez sur Oui, votre bureau deviendra blanc comme il commence à supprimer Vundo.
• Une fois terminé, il sera rapidement qu'il l'arrêt de votre ordinateur, cliquez sur OK.
• Transformez votre ordinateur.
• S'il vous plaît envoyer le contenu de C: \vundofix.txt

Note: Il est possible que VundoFix rencontré un fichier qu'il ne peut pas supprimer. Dans ce cas, VundoFix se déroulera sur le redémarrage, il vous suffit de suivre les instructions ci-dessus à partir de "Cliquez sur le bouton Scan pour Vundo" quand VundoFix apparaît au redémarrage.

Important! Combofix.exe YA être sauvé et a couru à partir de la Desktop.

• Fermez tous les navigateurs Web. (Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc) avant de lancer Combofix.
• Important! Momentanément désactiver ton antivirus, de blocage de script et tout antispyware protection en temps réel avant effectuer une analyse.
  • Cliquez sur ce lien pour voir la liste des programmes de sécurité qui doit être désactivé et comment les désactiver.
  • Si la vôtre ne figure pas et vous ne savez pas comment la désactiver, s'il vous plaît demander.
• Warning: Combofix déconnecte de votre ordinateur depuis Internet. La connexion est automatiquement rétablie avant Combofix termine sa course.
• Double-cliquez sur combofix.exe et suivre les instructions.
  • De sélectionner le clavier 1 et appuyez Entrez
• Lorsque vous avez terminé, il va produire un journal pour vous.
• Publier ce fichier dans votre prochaine réponse.

Warning: Ne pas combofix clic de souris, la fenêtre en cours d'exécution. Cela mai à cause de décrochage

• Si Combofix tourne en difficulté et prend fin prématurément, la connexion peut être restaurée par la main de redémarrer votre ordinateur.
• Important: N'oubliez pas de réactiver votre antivirus et antispyware avant de reconnecter à Internet.
