Default should i use on-access antispyware?

i am using avast home,pc tools firewall and spybot(on demand)

should i use on-access antispyware? if yes.which one? i want to use TheatFire or Boclean.What do u think about this programmes?

sorry for my bad english.

P4 3ghz,1.5gb ram,.....
Xp-Pro sp2 all patched.

Default should i use on-access antispyware?

Either ThreatFire or BOClean would be fine, but only one is needed.
