okay all done.. downloaded new java and deleted old java

nope didnt work.. ugh i really am at my wits end :( do you think maby my antivirus or firewall is blocking it??

Try turning off the firewall and trying. You may need to add it to the allowed sites.

i added it to the allowed sites and it still wount let me...

another thing-- i exidentally deleted Microsoft.net framework 2.0 Service pack 1 yesterday.. do i need to reinstall it is it a important program.. i noticed i couldnt install my windows updated just now
