Default STOPzilla prob?

Try reinstalling STOPzilla.

If you reformat your computer or buy a new one, you will need to install STOPzilla again. As long as your subscription is valid, you can remove and install STOPzilla as often as necessary. First, please click here to go to the Download page. Click the big green button labeled CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD STOPzilla NOW! and follow the instructions on your screen. This will download the Trial Version to your computer. Then, you will need to register the product with your Registration Key. If you are running the Trial Version, STOPzilla will prompt you to register the product each time you start your computer. If you have your Registration Key, click ENTER REGISTRATION KEY and follow the directions.

If you do not have your Key, send us the e-mail address you used to register STOPzilla and a new one sent to you via e-mail, within minutes. Please click here to send us your e-mail address.

To watch a step-by-step animated tutorial that will guide you through the uninstall (removal) process, please click here.
