Hey everyone,

I was just wondering as to whether any of these programs are actually viruses. Some I have never noticed before and have weird names like CustomerResearchchQFolder, and AiO_Scan_CDA. I posted the programs below. Can anyone tell me if they are viruses, and whether i should uninstall them? I have run spyware, adware and virus checks but they still remain.

CustomerResearchchQFolder is usually something to do with a program either pre-installed or that you have installed. Shouldn't be a virus. Is it a Dell?

AiO_Scan_CDA sounds like an All In One scanner.

Download HijackThis

• Double-click on HJTInstall.
• Click on the "Install" button to install.
• Upon install, HijackThis should open for you.
• Next click on the "Do a system scan and save a log file" button
• HijackThis will scan and then a log will open in notepad.
• Copy and then paste the log in your post.
  • Don't have Hijackthis fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.
