| My mother's computer was not working properly last night, whenever she pressed the send and receive button on her outlook she got the error message, "The Operation Failed." I looked at her processes and noticed SVPSPOOL.EXE and when a googled it found out it was a virus, I have a feeling there maybe others on there, I think it was due to something not quite functioning correctly on her antivirus. I have reloaded and updated Avast! so it is now safe....apart from the virus that is already on there. Can you help me go about destroying this bloody thing and making sure the rest of the computer isn't infected. Thanks Rob |

Download and rename TrendMicro HijackThis™.exe (HJT)
Note: Although we have renamed HijackThis to sniper, we will still refer to it as HijackThis or HJT. |
