| Hey, I have a problem. Today, I tried scanning a file I just downloaded off the internet using the right-click and "scan for viruses..." method and this is what happened : ![]() although, I can scan normally by opening my symantec antivirus and by doing custom scan and picking the file I wanted to scan. This is the first time this ever happened to me. I am running on windows 2000. Anyways, it would be nice if someone could help me fix this strange problem. Thanks in advance. |

| Best advice is to uninstall Norton and get a decent anti-virus. All the free ones are much better.
