Eh bien mon problème est je reçois mon avast disant sysrestore.dll contient malaware toute aide, s'il vous plaît? merci im inquiet car j'ai utilisé dans la restauration du système passé et si elle a maintenant un virus im vissés

Je ne peux pas dire grand chose de l'historique.

Télécharger Dr.Web CureIt! Et enregistrez-le sur votre bureau.

Double-cliquez sur cureit.exe pour démarrer le programme. Une "Scan Express de votre PC«Avis apparaîtra.
Sous "L'Express Start Scan Now"Cliquez"OK"Pour commencer. C'est un petit scan qui va scanner les fichiers en cours d'exécution dans la mémoire et lorsque quelque chose est trouvé, cliquez sur le Oui bouton quand il vous demande si vous voulez guérir.
Une fois la courte analyse est terminé, cliquez sur Options > Changer les paramètres
Choisissez l'option "Scan onglet»Et Décochez "Analyse heuristique"
Retour à la fenêtre principale, cliquez sur "Custom Scan", puis "Select drives" (un point rouge indique les lecteurs qui ont été choisis).
Ensuite, cliquez sur le bouton "Start / Stop Scanning"Bouton (green arrow sur la droite) et le scan va démarrer.
Une fois terminé, un message sera affiché en bas de conseiller, si aucun virus n'a été trouvé.
Cliquez sur "Oui à tous les"Si il vous demande si vous voulez guérir / déplacer le fichier.
Lorsque l'analyse est terminée, regardez si vous pouvez voir l'icône à côté des fichiers trouvés. Si tel est le cas, cliquez dessus, puis cliquez sur l'icône suivante ci-dessous à droite et sélectionnez "Move incurable».
(Ce sera le déplacer vers le dossier C: \ Documents and Settings \ userprofile \ DoctorWeb \ dossier Quarantaine si elle ne peut pas être guérie)
Ensuite, dans la Dr.Web CureIt menu en haut, cliquez sur le fichier et choisissez mettre liste des rapports.
Save the DrWeb.csv rapport à votre bureau.
Dr.Web Cureit sortie lorsque vous avez terminé.
Important! Reboot votre ordinateur, car il pourrait être possible que les fichiers en cours d'utilisation seront déplacés ou supprimés au cours de redémarrage.

Vous pouvez utiliser le Bloc-notes pour ouvrir le rapport DrWeb.cvs par un clic droit et sélectionner Ouvrir avec> Bloc-notes

Télécharger le par Combofix de l'un des liens ci-dessous.

Important! Combofix.exe YA être sauvé et a couru à partir de la Desktop.

Fermez tous les navigateurs Web. (Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc) avant de lancer Combofix.
Important! Momentanément désactiver ton antivirus, de blocage de script et tout antispyware protection en temps réel avant effectuer une analyse.
- Cliquez sur ce lien pour voir la liste des programmes de sécurité qui doit être désactivé et comment les désactiver.
- Si la vôtre ne figure pas et vous ne savez pas comment la désactiver, s'il vous plaît demander.
Warning: Combofix déconnecte de votre ordinateur depuis Internet. La connexion est automatiquement rétablie avant Combofix termine sa course.
Double-cliquez sur combofix.exe et suivre les instructions.
- Choisissez Oui pour accepter la responsabilité.
Lorsque vous avez terminé, il va produire un journal pour vous.
Publier ce fichier dans votre prochaine réponse.

Warning: Ne clic de souris, la fenêtre de Combofix pendant qu'il est en cours d'exécution. Cela mai à cause de décrochage

Si Combofix tourne en difficulté et prend fin prématurément, la connexion peut être restaurée par la main de redémarrer votre ordinateur.
Important: N'oubliez pas de réactiver votre antivirus et antispyware avant de reconnecter à Internet.

Vous pouvez toujours sauvegarder vos données en premier ...

Aller à Démarrer> Exécuter et copier / coller dans le texte suivant:

"% userprofile% \ bureau \ combofix.exe" / killall

Appuyez sur la touche Entrée et Combofix va commencer à courir.

Lorsque vous avez terminé, il va produire un fichier de log situé à C: \ ComboFix.txt

Poste le contenu de ce fichier dans votre prochaine réponse.

Note: Ne pas combofix clic de souris, la fenêtre en cours d'exécution. Cette mai cause votre système de décrochage.
