Is There Something Wrong with Panda Internet Security

Please install the latest version as instructed in previous post to yours and let me know the results. You need to have the latest version of the software as there may be fixes in the newer version that would solve your issue

Well if I start the download now maybe by 8:AM tomorrow morning it will be downloaded. I have dial-up and it is very slowwwwwwwwww.

Well I followed your instructions above and and went throubh the three hours of downloading . Then I removed the old Panda and ran the new one a now I have NO SECURITY . For the file you had me download came up with the following error .
Some installation files are corrupt please download a fresh copy and retry the installation.
Before I closed it I saw this crc failed in setup.inx.
Now what do I do a system restore to get panda back so I can staay on line.

Unfortunately we don't have control of your download stability. If downloading is an issue I could have a CD sent to you and you could install it from that.

Well something needs to be done . I tryed to use the restore on the computer and now all I get is error messages form the time I get window to open to the time I turn the pc off.
This is what I get:
Inicio.exe Unable to locate component the application has failed to start because VCL5o.BPL was not found.
APVXDWIN.EXE
CENTINEL VxD APVXDWIN.EXE
I must have this pop pu over 50 times . I can not delete it and panda Is not working ANd now you are telling me of my download stability . All I wont is panda out of this pc once and for all I gave your way a try and I got more problems . Now how do I get this out of my PC, You know it is funny this is the same thing that happen to me when I had panda 2007 lost about two weeks .
Seem like went this secutiry service is to expire you get nothing but errors.

Use this uninstaller to remove Panda completely from your computer

What do you need to send the cd. and if I uninstall it now I will have no anti-virus ,firewall spam blocker.and so no. But did save the unstaller to file.
Would the cd of the old version fix it until i get your cd?

Yes you could install the older version for now until you get the CD. All I would need to get you the CD out to you is your client number for your account

Putting the older version may not fix the issue you are having since we are wanting you to have the latest version to see if it fixes the problem. The 12.01.00 has fixes and updates to the software that the 12.00.00 doesn't have.

Did all above .reinstalled Panda with old verison .Right now there is no problems . Only in report file downloads show incorrect. other than that it is working fine

I will make that CD request to get sent out first thing when I get in the office, I got the information in PM and got the account pulled up.

Glad all is working for you right now and you have protection till the CD gets there
