Had to do some online checking for Antivirus programs and have found that this year Panda has not made the top ten. I know that they have a good program once was the best you could get . Kept you safe without you having to do anything. But times have taken a change and it seem that the larger they get the less they they care to help . In other words the software is still the top you can get but the customer service has hit an all time low . And this is one of the things that can make or brake a company.
For I sent an email to the company two weeks ago and they still have not sent a reply.

You really are out to try stirring up a fuss rather than accept help, aren't you.

If you are referring to http://www.av-comparatives.org/ then Panda does not let them test their product.

Panda 2009 http://www.virusbtn.com/news/2008/09_02
malware on demand 91.8%
adware / spyware on demand 95.6%

That's about average. None are perfect, if they say they are it's a lie.

spot you do not understand the problem . I had a post where evilfantasy was not understanding thing untill I sent what I was getting on my end then it was fixed . But with anti-virue that will work at one time and then turn it self off another this is a problem with the software .I would like more than anything to be able to use this computer and not have to keep an eye on panda . Let face it if you had the problem I keep getting and someone would write the things you are wirting you would be a little mad to. Until you understand to problem please don't say I don't wont help. AS for help there is none from the company.

What I said in my first post still applies: The one thing you can be sure of is that Panda Internet Security works and that any problem is down to your particular circumstances and not to the package.

What completely puzzles me is why any home user would buy an antivirus package rather than use one of the free-for-home-use ones. It seems self-defeating. You complain of paying several hundred pounds and yet it was your choice to do so from the start. Avast is fine for home use surely. AVG is tremendous. Why on earth pay hundreds of pounds for no more protection than one of the industry standards? it makes sense for a company to implement a corporate antivitus strategy which involves a financial commitment but never, in my view, a bog-standard home user. Never ever, not even in strange circumstances. How on earth do you justify it?
