Default Trojan Horse; Help!!

Hello to all of you, first post here. My problem is this; I have been infected by a Trojan called Backdoor.Ircbot.mde. Would like to know if there are any free removers for this knid of Trojan. I have Avg antivirus but it cannot delete or repair it. Thanks for any help.

Thanks, but I am aware of this program and it isfar too complicated for me to use. If you delete the wrong stuff you are toast! too advanced for me. Any other options, less complicated?
